We 100% accommodating towards any returns or exchanges with a few terms:

- For returns: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you can return your item(s) by the following options:

• Buyer must either pay for the shipping to return the product(s) to us, and a full refund will be processed

OR

• Buyer can request a return label from us and refund will be processed of the total amount paid less shipping costs.

- For exchanges: Buyer must be responsible for paying shipping costs to get the product(s) back to us. We will also send products you wanted to exchange, free of costs to you.

Items must be returned (shipped out) within 7 days after the item has been delivered.

All orders are shipped from Honolulu, HI. Delays in delivery are occurring within USPS. Delivery times are NOT guaranteed.

How long will processing take?
Processing orders will take 3-4 weekdays from when the order is placed. Post Office drop offs are on weekday (Monday-Friday) only. 

How long will shipping take?

Once accepted into USPS, shipping can take up to 5-7 business days. Should your package not arrive within 2 weeks, please contact USPS with your tracking number for more information. All orders will include a tracking number. Please visit USPS.com to track your package.

Do you ship internationally?
No, I currently do not ship anywhere outside of the United States

Once your package  has been accepted by the postal service (USPS/UPS/Fedex), we are no longer responsible for your package.
